My experience with Todd Homes was spectacular! I was never left wondering what was going on with my build. Kyle and Brenda were super responsive and proactive in communication. The design selections were exactly what I wanted and the craftsmanship is evident. I love the details and the luxurious feel. I had a slight hiccup with my dishwasher after moving in and Dylan was there to fix it within 20 minutes of my request. Overall, a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home or buy a market home from them.

Todd Homes just finished up our new home and they did a fabulous job from start to finish! My new neighbors even commented on how impressed they were with how well my home was built. I can't say enough about Kyle with Todd Homes. He was always so responsive with getting back to us when we had any questions. Anytime you build there is some stress that can arise at times, even if it is of our own making. Kyle always maintained his calm, un-flustered attitude, while helping work through the process, which was awesome! Ron who is on the sales end added several wonderful design ideas to our beginning project! Matt, who is in charge of keeping it all flowing on the building end of things was awesome too! We often found him on our job sight making sure it was moving along smoothly as well as pitching in when needed. The young man Dillon who did all the punch out work went above and beyond as well. Todd Homes has used the same crews for years, which is a major plus!

They built my home 2 years ago and did a very good job. I've been working construction all of my life and know what professional work is. I recommend Todd Home Builders. Anytime I needed an answer about my home or neighborhood Matt Tracy the superintendent or Dylan his assistant had the answers and took the time to help me through. They always were very easy to reach in the office for help to get the house up and running. The contractors Todd used were always there too.
